Salaad Apartment is a G+9 residential tower designed for modern urban living, featuring a basement level for parking and services, and a spacious rooftop terrace for communal use. Located in Mogadishu, this project brings together practicality, comfort, and a strong architectural identity.
Design & Development
Our work began with a floor plan design that ensures optimal space utilization, natural ventilation, and functional circulation. Each level includes multiple apartment units with well-proportioned rooms and private balconies.
The rooftop terrace offers an open social space—ideal for gatherings, relaxation, or enjoying panoramic city views—adding both lifestyle value and architectural elegance.
