This G+3 modern villa represents a complete architectural solution, crafted to meet the lifestyle needs of a growing urban family in Mogadishu. The design blends contemporary aesthetics with practical functionality, creating a multi-level home that is both elegant and efficient.
Design Approach:
Our process began with a custom floor plan that prioritized space organization, comfort, and light:
- The ground floor includes shared family zones: living room, dining area, kitchen, and guest toilet
- The upper floors host private bedrooms, a family lounge, and multiple balconies
- Each level was optimized for privacy, usability, and natural ventilation
The layout was fine-tuned to reflect the client’s preferences while aligning with modern residential standards.
Visualization & Exterior Concept
Once the floor plan was approved, we developed a full 3D model to represent the villa’s visual identity. The design highlights:
- Clean modern lines and large windows
- Warm-toned natural materials
- A well-proportioned facade with balanced massing
- Light landscaping for visual harmony and environmental comfort
These elements come together to deliver a strong modern character without losing a sense of homeliness.
