Maryan Apartment is a low-rise G+2 residential development designed to provide practical and community-oriented living in Mogadishu. It emphasizes simplicity, livability, and accessibility — making it ideal for families in search of comfortable housing that aligns with modern planning standards.
Design Approach:
Our team developed a customized floor plan with the following priorities:
- Well-proportioned units for efficient space use
- Orientation for natural light and cross-ventilation
- Simple vertical circulation across three floors
- A compact yet human-scaled footprint suitable for urban neighborhoods
This plan ensures that each unit functions well for everyday living while remaining cost-effective to build and maintain.
Visualization & Exterior Identity
The 3D visualization showcases the apartment’s clean, modern façade with subtle detailing that enhances its visual appeal without overcomplicating the design. Soft color tones and modest material choices help the structure blend harmoniously into the surrounding environment.
