Qoraxeey Tower is a signature G+14 mixed-use high-rise designed to elevate both residential and commercial living in the heart of Mogadishu. The tower seamlessly integrates functionality and elegance, offering a dynamic combination of retail, office, and residential spaces.
Our Design Approach:
Our process began with a comprehensive spatial plan that clearly defines public, semi-public, and private zones across all 14 floors. Each level was optimized for circulation, functionality, and efficiency, ensuring an intuitive and comfortable user experience throughout the building.
Functional Zoning
The ground and lower floors are designated for retail and office spaces, forming a vibrant and accessible urban base. The upper levels feature modern residential apartments with panoramic views, designed to maximize natural light, ventilation, and privacy.
Once the layout was finalized, our team developed a set of detailed 3D visualizations. These renderings highlight the tower’s sleek modern façade, material palette, and overall massing — projecting a confident and contemporary architectural presence.
